Adedotun Idowu
Adedotun has several years of expertise in Business Management and Property Development.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northern Cyprus's renowned Final University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Tourism Management at Cyprus International University.
With years of expertise in Human Resources, Administration, and Consulting, he prides himself on being adaptable in finding exceptional talents, and performance management, as well as organizing and restructuring work processes and procedures, all to ensure the effective achievement of corporate goals.
During his career, he has attended various training that has affected his foreword thinking and focused driven attitude to work and life.

In 2015, Adedotun founded Charis Consult with the vision of creating a firm that would provide exceptional value to clients while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation among its employees. Under his leadership, the firm has grown rapidly and expanded its service offerings.
He is a sought-after speaker who has been invited to several meetings that have changed and impacted lives.

Joy Doyin Lebimoyo
Joy is an experienced human resources manager with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from Cyprus International University, She has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that organizations face when it comes to managing their people.
Joy is passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping employees reach their full potential. She believes the company's success depends on its people, and she's committed to supporting the business and its employees.
Outside of work, She enjoys cooking and also volunteering activities.

Abisoye Oderinde
She is a graduate of Mass Communication from Wesley University and currently taking her Masters's degree at Cyprus International University.

Bolaji Samuel
Bolaji is a BSc. Ed Economics graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria, and an accomplished Human Resource Manager, with over 8 years of working experience in the educational sector and financial sector, as well as an Internal Control Officer for a Micro Finance Scheme.
Bolaji is a person of positivity, enthusiasm, and effectiveness who is passionate about every aspect of life. He enjoys sharing knowledge, has rich leadership experience, and loves to motivate and develop others. A strong believer in the power of working diligently and positive thinking in the workplace.
Outside work, Bolaji enjoys music generally; singing and dancing, watching & playing football, traveling to explore new places, networking, and is a lover of dogs.

Kelvin Jeremiah is a graduate of Civil Aviation from the prestigious Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. He is a certified computer illiterate.
He has obtained over 2 years of experience in organizing and managing projects relating to Real Estate.
