Adedotun has several years of expertise in Business Management and Property Development.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northern Cyprus's renowned Final University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Tourism Management at Cyprus International University.

With years of expertise in Human Resources, Administration, and Consulting, he prides himself on being adaptable in finding exceptional talents, and performance management, as well as organizing and restructuring work processes and procedures, all to ensure the effective achievement of corporate goals.
During his career, he has attended various training that has affected his foreword thinking and focused driven attitude to work and life.

In 2015, Adedotun founded Charis Consult with the vision of creating a firm that would provide exceptional value to clients while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation among its employees. Under his leadership, the firm has grown rapidly and expanded its service offerings.

He is a sought-after speaker who has been invited to several meetings that have changed and impacted lives.

Joy is an experienced human resources manager with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from Cyprus International University, She has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that organizations face when it comes to managing their people.

Joy is passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping employees reach their full potential. She believes the company's success depends on its people, and she's committed to supporting the business and its employees.
Outside of work, She enjoys cooking and also volunteering activities.

She is a graduate of Mass Communication from Wesley University and currently taking her Masters's degree at Cyprus International University.

With over 5 years of working experience in media communication and IT. Abisoye natural curiosity and passion for learning have led her to stay at the forefront of industry trends, always seeking out new and innovative approaches to problem-solving. Her ability to think outside the box and create creative solutions to complex challenges sets her apart from her peers.

Abisoye has a keen eye for detail and always looks for ways to enhance the user experience. Her extensive background in design and branding enables her to develop cohesive and visually appealing campaigns that resonate with her client's target audiences. She is a forward-thinking professional who thrives on brainstorming and creating unique and successful strategies for her clients.

Jenkins has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and sustainable growth in a variety of industries. With several years of experience in executive leadership positions, Jenkins has developed a deep understanding of how to align business strategy with operational goals, optimize processes, and improve organizational efficiency.

In addition to their professional achievements, Jenkins is known for his passion for mentorship, which is shown in his commitment to training employees on issues in and out of the office and volunteering his time to improve the lives of youths in society.

Bolaji is a BSc. Ed Economics graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria, and an accomplished Human Resource Manager, with over 8 years of working experience in the educational sector and financial sector, as well as an Internal Control Officer for a Micro Finance Scheme.

Bolaji is a person of positivity, enthusiasm, and effectiveness who is passionate about every aspect of life. He enjoys sharing knowledge, has rich leadership experience, and loves to motivate and develop others. A strong believer in the power of working diligently and positive thinking in the workplace.
Outside work, Bolaji enjoys music generally; singing and dancing, watching & playing football, traveling to explore new places, networking, and is a lover of dogs.

Mary-Gold is a good and reliable person who is willing to learn. She is currently studying Business Administration at one of the best schools in North Cyprus, Eastern Mediterranean University. 

Has had an intern experience as a customer representative and now currently working as an Executive Assistant at the company.
She portrays the qualities of a catalytic team player.

Kelvin Jeremiah is a graduate of Civil Aviation from the prestigious Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. He is a certified computer illiterate.

 

He has obtained over 2 years of experience in organizing and managing projects relating to Real Estate. 

He prides himself as a good listener, and team player, ensuring the target is met.
